VE-CA was founded in 1976 by Venturi Sauro and his wife Caselli Annamaria in the heart of Emilia-Romagna — Italy's mechanical and mechatronics capital. What began as a tooling specialist evolved into one of Italy's leading precision stamping manufacturers.
Today, the third generation actively shapes the company: Alan heads Quality & Customer Care, Evelyn manages Administration, Manuel leads Production. 90% of our output is exported worldwide — Italian in our roots, global in our reach.

Deep-Drawing via Progressive Tooling
Multi-stage deep-drawing in a single progressive die — up to 5 cavities. Materials from 0.25mm thickness. Ideal for high-volume, tight-tolerance cylindrical and complex hollow forms.
Deep-Drawing via Transfer Tooling
Complex geometries requiring multiple transfer stages — ideal for parts with undercuts, flanges or asymmetric profiles. Aluminum, Brass, Copper and Stainless Steel processed.
Precision Stamping & Bending
Stamped-bended precision parts in steel, hardened stainless steel, brass and special alloys. Progressive tooling with 2+ cavities, thicknesses from 0.30mm to 2.00mm.
